      Condition was awful, was apparently a customer return never used, it was very used with dust and dirty keyboard. Even sent the wrong model the 60hz version instead of 120hz didn’t even apologise just said this product comes in different versions yet had 120hz with the resolution as the photo of the listing. And don’t even bother trying to resolve with them after 7 days of trying to get a partial refund I finally got 5% thanks for nothing terrible seller

      The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 typically comes with a 60Hz as standard, there are available options in 120Hz or 165Hz depending on the specific model, but the model number provided on the listing states a refresh rate of 60Hz. Unfortunately we were unable to see the signs of use you were referring to but as a gesture of good will my colleague issued a 5% partial refund. Unfortunately issuing a £180 refund as requested would not be possible. As mentioned, you'd be welcome to return it for a full refund.
