A screw that attached the diecast to the base apparently rattled out during shipping. The buyer received a full refund and his return shipping was paid. The buyer insinuated I had sent him a damaged product and apparently didn't like my reply. It was obviously best that that we didn't do business again, so I did block him from further purchases. My feedback to him was positive.
