Fits my tub chair almost perfectly. It is a little big, if it was a little smaller, it would be hard to pull the cover over the bottom edges of my chair. I have a separate seat cushion and this comes with a cover for it. The seat cushion cover is, in my opinion, a little too small - it doesn't cover the cushion completely. I can pull it on so that that the cushion top is covered, but the bottom of the cushion is mostly exposed. The elasticized cover tends to slip over the cushion top edge.
