I don’t understand how dealers can expect the contents of a package to survive the shipping of todays packages. I had one of the glasses break and that’s not acceptable. Bubble wrap can’t cost that much, but wrapping items in cardboard very tightly will not work,obviously. I would expect a partial refund on my order please.
