The pictures in the photos CLEARLY show measurments 2ft x 1ft. Its literally shown in the photos. Your first comment "Definitely not the proper proportions at all"...How is that possible when it's clearly shown in the photos? You "still love the item" but left a neutral experience? So let's circle back. The measurements are clearly correct, and you loved the item, but left a neutral review. Sounds like a personal issue instead of a seller issue. Just my two cents

I could see that straight out of the box. I wear a Medium and I have a Small that I don't wear. This helmet barely slid onto my head and was so tight it hurt. I didn't think I would get it off. I feel like the seller should know the difference between a M and a S. There was nothing wrong with listing or the helmet. It clearly says and shows size MEDIUM in the description and pictures. This is not a seller error, this is a buyer error. On top of that, I even sold you the helmet at a discounted price. Every other person I have sold a helmet to has never had a size issue except for you. I can live with that. Take care
