Purchased item. Couple days later ask seller for refund due family matter. Seller stated that item was shipped and would be providing tracking number. Sent three replies requesting the tracking and received nothing. Sent one last message stating I would be contacting eBay and seller stated go ahead. Plain and simple when you purchase something you send it. If not it is simply stealing PERIOD
