I ordered this item from this seller. They sent the wrong item and it was returned BUT they expected me to pay for the return. They said they would refund the postage - I sent it tracked ala ebay's recommendation. I received the refund for the Jack but NOT the postage. I bought the item from Amazon and it was just what I required.
At present I am £9.79 out of pocket for their inefficiency. I'll let you decide if the way they have operated is ethical. I wouldn't recommend them.
