Dress arrived yesterday. When Opened it was filthy dirty. The armpits were badly stained the dress and Broderie Anglaise hem were yellow instead of white. These were extremely good photos which bore no resemblance to the dress I thought I had purchased. Very disappointed.

The item was beautiful. But I had an issue with the item being held up by the Royal Mail. It turns out the seller had not put enough postage on the package. The postage costs on selling were £4.99, which is a little more than normal, but costs have gone up. I had to pay an extra £3.50. This made total postage £8.49. This is EXCESIVE! I contacted the seller for a refund of the extra postage, told it wasn't their fault. Contracted again.... no reply.

The statement that I did not reply is totally untrue. I have replied that when sending the post office done the check on the amount of postage I paid, the postage I paid was correct, I explained this to the dancing-queen69, who still demanded me to pay for some reason. Royal Mail is having issues and this is not my fault, but dancing-queen69 decided to blame me and leave me this feedback.
