I have waited until I had used this a few times before giving feedback. I have issues with my back and axle loading that comes with conventional BB squatting. My gym doesn’t have a belt squat machine, so thought that this would be worth a shot, and I haven’t been disappointed. You need a lot less weight than with a BB, as the weight is on your hips and so isolated to the legs. I’ve been using it with a dip belt and a so far have only squated with 82kg attached without issue.
