    The color was not aqua at all, but light blue. I did contact the seller and he said “sorry”. On top of this he charged $11.80 to combine shipping 2 orders and I also got no discount for purchasing 4 skeins even though it was advertised a discount for multiple skeins. Other sellers make it right on their end. I did offer to keep the yarn so got nothing other than an apology.

    The buyer agreed to accept a slightly different shade of yarn due to it being hand-dyed and offered at a clearance price—already discounted by 50%. Now, she is asking for an additional discount, shipping cost is for 2 pounds was $8.90, normal cost
