Description said "New" but the hearing aids showed up as "Teresa's" when coupled to my iPhone. The Hearing Profile procedure on the Sony app would not work on the right hearing aid. It took over an hour on the phone with Sony support to get it to work. The assignment of a name might have been done when it was tested, and the difficulty with the profile might have been the fault of the iPhone rather than the aid.
