The buyer ordered this when we were away, our eBay shop showed us as being away and gave the buyer an estimated delivery date of the 24th-29th May. So why leave negative feedback on the 21st? The buyer emailed us when away and would have received an out of office reply, but I even took the time when I should not have been working to reply to him. I am not sure how any of this warrants poor feedback?
