seller claims she put the item in the mail with priority mail, even though I only paid for regular first class postage, a nice gesture, but there was no tracking info with the USPS tracking number, the package had never been picked up. error probably on the side of the USPS, seller promptly refunded my payment for the item, but did not refund the $50 default insurance claim amount to me, which I think I should have received as well.
