Bertie is of almost new quality, despite being used. The only problem is that he has a slight lean to his right due to a minor defect with how the body meets the chassis. The face is slightly crooked causing the front tabs to overlap instead of align. This issue seems to be a production defect and not a result of use. It also seems to be specific to my particular model as most of the other models I've seen do not have this problem. Otherwise, Bertie is in exceptional condition at a fair price.
