Buyers be aware!!! Added shoes to my watchlist and soon after received a lower offer to purchase from the seller. I countered that offer and it was accepted. I paid straight away with PayPal and noticed I was being charged shipping even tho the listing said Free Shipping so I messaged seller inquiring but saying that I still wanted the shoes. Well first thing this morning I receive a reply saying they sold shoes locally and that I have been refunded. Very shady.
