1/ Are the socks non elastic ,soft top,yes.
2/ Are the socks Flexitop socks even though the have a loose flexitop label in the packaging , l don’t think so!
3/ After wearing for one day they are that loose they just drop round your ankles and come off if you are taking boots or wellingtons off.
4/ They are socks ,cheap certainly not flexitop quality.
