      Seller could not deliver the items as described and offered a Refund. I agreed to accept a Refund and Seller notified me that a "Refund had been paid"; however, no Refund was received into my accounts. I sent four (4) Emails to the Seller in which I described the problem and asked for the Refund; Seller did not respond to any of my Emails and did not make the promised Refund. A Request to Ebay for assistance has not produced a resolution. Overall, a BAD transaction with an unresponsive Seller.
