There weren't enough screws for the drive trays, but they did provide ALL the trays, which isn't always the case, and I was able to buy more screws. One nice touch was that the BIOS and IPMI software were updated, which I didn't expect. Also, when I had questions, I reached out through eBay and they responded quickly and to the point (thanks, Justin!).

Only a couple very minor issues, but things to keep in mind next time- 4 of 45 sleds were missing one or both plastic sides making them difficult to work with, most sleds were sticky/sticker residue from previous owner, one rail is hard to slide.
