I like the product it was easy to use and set up, they provide the utensils to clean the motor. They sent enough filters to cover the first year. The cat or dog may take some time getting used to it. You have a usb cable that comes with it but not the main plug.you will need a wall adapter which in today’s world everyone should have one in their house. Other than that I think it’s a great product and worth the money
