Said it was new but was clearly used. Loose parts deep scratches in plastic. Scratches in paint also had broken piece. I asked seller before I purchased the product if it was new and never opened and he replied yes and replied about maybe the box might be damaged in shipping and if I was unsure about the product do not purchase it.
