I don't know why they even have a "best offer" option on their items. They sent me back a counter offer that was ONE PENNY MORE than the original asking price. I don't know where this item was kept or if it was dropped or something, but I got it with a dead battery. I replaced the battery and it worked for a couple of weeks before stopping completely. It won't track my activity or log my sleep. I've contacted customer service for trouble shooting and nothing has fixed it.
