I had made contact to resolve the issue and was willing to overlook their poor service if I got what I ordered. I have to call out their poor trading standards. They changed their advertisement after point of sale (see photos) - so take a picture of your purchase. Only when I called them out with the photos did I get an apology and a refund. Shame it ended this way. I can see that you contacted us to say that the item delivered was incorrect, what followed was an investigation, an apology and then a refund. We explained that the suppliers had simply sent us the incorrect parts and we were not aware of the issue until you let us know. We updated the listing to reflect the changes you advised us of, nothing sinister, just corrected the listing after you spotted the error.
