Exactly as described and shipped immediately. This piece is very well-made. It seems to be constructed of one piece of blue quarter inch Lexan, which is opaque, with individual pieces of white opaque quarter inch Lexan, which have been possibly thermally bonded without any traces of adhesive. Very nice clean finish.
