    Be WARY of this eBay Seller!! Initially Seller was gr8 with the purchase ie; good product, communication & fast shipping.However once my item left the seller & the Global Shipp Program took over he was very unhelpful. I asked him many times to "double box" my item as it was fragile but didn't do this.Hence my item was damaged!Seller would not take any responsibility claimed it was double boxed & declined giving me a partial refund. I'm not the first to have issues, read sellers feedback comments

    The item was shipped via eBay's Global Shipping Program. The damage occurred between eBay and the buyer. eBay's policy is that the responsibility lies with eBay. I've explained this to you many times (dozens of messages), but despite my insistence, you haven't asked eBay for help. I honestly don't understand why. The double-walled box was overlapping, with corners folded twice, a total of eight layers of cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap plus and additional packing. Is that really not enough?
