It was well protected by the seller's careful wrapping & padded packing so that the metal can wasn't damaged in transit. I used the glue as soon as it cooled off from the hot outdoor environment; it performed perfectly, just as it always has in my experience. I've learned to buy the 3 fl.oz. containers for my small repair projects so that what remains in the bottom of the can doesn't harden before I use it up.
