I was underwhelmed with my interactions with this seller. Prior to purchase I emailed to check that it would fit my car. They said to buy with confidence because they had a money back guarantee. It didn't fit properly and I had to negotiate with them over 3 emails, and two offers of past refunds, to get ( most of ) my money back. It shouldn't be this hard. Either they offer a money back guarantee, or they don't.
