The circuit board came in a basic bubble wrap bag (not an anti-static one) in a generic cardboard box inside a USPS priority envelope. The packaging was completely unprotected. It's not the original box or Goodman anti-static seal. I didn't even remove it from the bubble wrap. I sent them photos, but nothing. After several days of not receiving a response, I contacted eBay, and they authorized the return.
