    Had an issue with the camera, took a week of one message a day to get a return, they wanted me to pay shipping this was well within the return window so I opened a return through eBay. They told me they would send a label after I closed the return, so I did. Now I can't get a label and they say they already sent it via the return. Customer service is TERRIBLE, inconsistent and slow. You will get one reply a day tops between 12-5am. Most of them will be automated.
