The manual arrived well packaged in order to eliminate damage during transit. It's a complet manual as I assembly manul as I expected. Its not an original but that's OK. The information provide is just what I need in my restoration project of a Heathkit PS-3 power supply.
There was an unexpected day in shipping. I don't know what caused it but after contacting the seller the issue cleared up. I'm pleased with the vendor's response.

I expected the Heathkit Manual to be bound. The seventeen pages came stapled together.There are no staples in his picture. Although the photo shows no comb binding I assumed it was a Perfect Binding with a clear cover which is impossible to determine from the photograph. If the picture showed it was stapled I would have known what he was selling. Another one of his pictures shows the copy in the original Heathkit binding. What am I to assume? What you see is what you get?

Leaves NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OVER Someting NOT PICTURED OR DESCRIBED OR MENTIONED in the Listing.. HE DOESNT LOOK AT PHOTOS TO SEE WHAT HE IS BUYING.. THE ORIGINAL HEATHKIT MANUAL WASNT MADE WITH A BINDING. IT WAS STAPLED. THE BINBUNG MARKS WOULD SHOW ON THE PHOTOCOPY. THERE IS NONE. BUYER IS LYING. YOU CAN TELL BY THE PHOTOS..

Product arrived after two weeks, THANKS TO THE USPS! Can’t fault the seller but what should have been a two day delivery since we live in the same state, 20 miles apart, turned into a significant two week delay. Descent communication through this ordeal and just glad to have the product in my possession. Given the shipping option, USPS would be my last choice after carrier pigeon. In other words, never again!
