It would have been nice to know that the creamer was chipped on the bottom side. I can still display the creamer from the other side, so all is not lost. It was also packaged in a dirty box. Not the best presentation. I realize I only paid $15 for the set, but I did pay for shipping and a clean box would have been better. There was oily residue in the box. Please let customers know when an item is damaged so they can decide whether or not to purchase!

REALLY? NOT upset that the packing was inadequate--i used lots of bubble wrap, but that THE BOX WASNT NEW? the stuff they throw away? I'm blocking them. who needs customers like this? didn't contact me, just left negative feedback!
