Shipping was SLOWER than the average seller. I also had problems with UPS here which isn't normal. There was also some deterioration which bubbled up on the outside housing. Sure we're talking about a very old packaged item, but it would have been nice to get a head's up on the deterioration. Anyway, (as a veteran Ebayer), I would have appreciated a little faster response time with shipping preparation.

bad latch on one side of case, no biggie. found battery connector bad on one side, loose crimp causing poor connection and erratic behaviour of device, fixed problem. unit now works reliably and will serve purpose.
