This item thus far is absolutely excellent! The quality seems very, very good. It has tiny serrations on the sides of the blade which grab and hold the root tip when a slight twist is applied to the handle during luxation. This significantly aids in luxation & extraction and is super in providing an atraumatic tooth or root removal. It has held up well (so far) to the mallet tapping during luxation / extraction. So far - so good....very good in fact. Time will tell though.
