Without a doubt everytime a seller uses Fed-X I know I'm going to have an issue with shipping. There wer no issues with the weather either to interrupt delivery. Live tracking with Fed-X is a joke. I would give the seller a Positive because there was nothing wrong withthe item, just the delivery process.
