We received a little red plug of some sort instead, probably worth no more than $4. This was a huge pain because we were not issued our refund until we were able to print out the return sticker, send it back, and get confirmation that the seller received it. In my opinion, if the wrong item of very little value was shipped instead of the product I purchased, the return should be much easier, simpler, or not required at all.
