Of course, there were no plastic strips protecting the thermal pads, like a new product provides. This is simply fraud (advertising used products as new). I had to remove the old, dirty, worn out thermal pads, and use my own thermal pads, which I would expect with a used voltage regulator! DO NOT PURCHASE from this unscrupulous vendor.
