Their communication was very quick throughout the process. During the return process they informed me I could ship my original circuit board for repair with a minimal lead time. They also went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot after the replacement board didn't fix the problem immediately - turns out the main wiring harness also needed to be replaced. After all of that I'm back up and running! I'd definitely recommend them to others. They saved me a ton of money and their expertise was very valuable. A+
