I single High or a single Low sounds like the horn is broken. Well, I received two HIGH horns. Seller did not want me to return one horn for the correct horn. Instead he offered me a discount which I refused. Then he offered me a bigger discount which I accepted. But then I never received it. I knew I wouldn't receive it. Don't be fooled. Maybe I can use to other horn on my boat?
