My dog has left the property several times until it has him confused sometimes it works sometimes it does nothing and I go thru the same process of trying to make sure that it is connected. There is nothing on the display showing that the collar is connected Big Flaw. So u just haft to guess as soon as you are confident that it is working properly my dog is Again running the neighborhood without so much as a beep from the stupid collar. U want my advice if you can afford it buy the good ones
