I'm waiting on my refund the item was returned on April 26 back to this company and I've received messages saying that this company hasn't received anything I've tracked the item and I've had the post office track the item as well and has been delivered back to the company

Instead of using the prepaid return label you were given, you chose to use your own label. As a result you sent the item back to the wrong state and address. We are located in Asheville, NC. The post office receipt you messaged me a photo of shows "Ashville, AL." We have not received your item. We have also told you this before posting this reply....not sure why you left this feedback when you made an error.
