ART. 7 - APPLICAZIONE DEL DIRITTO DI RECESSO

La dichiarazione con cui il Cliente intende avvalersi della possibilità di recedere dovrà pervenire in lingua Italiana o Inglese. Nel caso in cui il reso viene effettuato per prodotto danneggiato o difettoso le spese di spedizione saranno a carico del venditore e il rimborso al cliente sarà pari all'importo pagato, mentre se il prodotto viene restituito per un ripensamento del cliente il rimborso sarà al netto delle spese di spedizione che sono addebitate al cliente. Il Cliente è inoltre tenuto alla restituzione del prodotto integro in tutte le sue parti e nella confezione originale, comprensivo di cartellini identificativi all'indirizzo appena citato, nel termine di 30 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento dei beni acquistati.
