The chrome is bright and shiny on the heads and unmarked manufacturer so all you see is chrome. I destructive tested a bolt to 21 FT/LB which at 75% torque makes this about a 16 FT/LB rated bolt. The Nuts appear stainless or lesser quality chrome, but if your putting these on the backside of your wheels will fine. I am using them on my Harley M8 clutch plate for the chome bolt only and the head of these bolts look awesome and are very strong.
