I purchased an item, seller gave tracking. It hadn't been shipped, I contacted the seller. They responded, they had a lot going on and would get it out the next week. No problem, I waited. Still NOTHING. I then recieve an email letting me know I am being refunded for the item. Reached out to the seller as to why this happened as oppose to getting the item. No response. I understand life happens, but don't tell me you are going to ship something and not follow through. Bad practice in my eyes.
