Certainly makes shifting lighter and selecting neutral much easier than it already was. Had hoped the lighter shifting would work well with my metal Dominion shifter and more casual biker boots, alas I shift heavy so the gear peg still bashes my toes. It's a smart piece hides that grey galvanised shifter mechanism and does what it claims, just don't expect miracles.
