Packaging issue- its literally all entirely wrinkled every corner of the entire garment and just shipped rolled/shoved into the bag without any single plastic bag, luckily the package didn't get any damage. I ended up spending over an hour to iron/steam the garment, didn't expect the perfect packaging, wish the seller put the disclaimer of how the state of the garment she's putting as NWT- as it didn't look new, just with the tag

I’m giving a positive rating as it was new and labeled just as described by the seller. Unfortunately although it was labeled S-M it was definitely a large - obviously mislabeled by Zara and no fault to the seller. My only disappointment was the way it was shipped…the coat was stuffed into an envelope and arrived EXTREMELY wrinkled and had to steamed. A box would have been a better choice :-)
