Getting a return label I could actually print proved to be a huge hassle, and the seller wasn't going to ship a new item until they RECEIVED the old one. Then, when they finally got it, they informed me the item is out of stock even though they totally have an active listing. They refunded me and now I'm back to looking after losing a week to waiting for them to make this right. Absolutely terrible.
