The shipping weight was 12 ozs which would have been correct for all parts being included. Are you sure the TC O'Ring was not n the package as it would have been rolled up on top of the lip seals along with the cover to case O'Ring. But, if it isn't really there I will ship you another one, at my expense. Do you thing there is anything else missing, Let me know. Thanks, Dave
