When contacting the seller, he/she does not understand the difference of high and low quality between pieces. The pictures show beautiful formations and the piece that was sent to me resembled a tumbled stone with no terminations. There was no attempt to offer a solution. All they could say for themselves was that “the pieces cannot be the same” which is never what I asked for in the first place. It’s a question of quality. There is no quality with this seller.
