Pkg was dropped at UPS store at 6:15 pm on Tues after UPS pickup, so pkg was not really shipped until Wed afternoon. Instead of receiving pkg on Fri, didn't get it until Tues, 8 days after label creation. 2nd, pkg received and box was smashed. Luckily, the golf club was not damaged. Absolutely no padding was put in club box to protect the golf club.
