Ensure you read the responses to the negative comments to get an idea of the reply you will get when you advise them of an issue. I wish I had. Item was faulty. I was advised that it wasn’t a new item and that it had been tried and tested before sending. This appears to be untrue. Interested to see the response to this negative feedback, it’ll probably be as rude and confrontational as the responses I had when trying to deal with the matter. Cheers guys!
