They never contacted me back, and while the ink is shown in the original box, they DON’T COME THAT WAY! That was a “red flag”. If the ink was genuine as described, then the printer would have no problem recognizing it, but it did. They are refilled cartridges, that many times- are not recognized by the printer. That is what happened in my case. BEWARE AND DON’T BUY!
